In the heart of the town of Lage Vuursche you will find a very special place. Café-Restaurant de Lage Vuursche has been in the van Oosterom family for over 140 years. Generations of guests have found memories of their visit here, ranging from sitting on the sunny outdoor terrace having a huge pancake and a tall sorbet, to intimate family dinners in one of our dining rooms. We hope to become one of your fond memories too.

At the Café-Restaurant De Lage Vuursche we can put together a party package designed just for you and your guests. Outside of our main dining room and the outdoor terrace, we can also book your party in one of our private dining rooms for your special occasion. Business meetings can also be arranged with a lunch or dinner menu.

The Gardenroom
minimum 14 and maximum 20 persons

The Uproom
minimum 20 and maximum 32 persons

The Stable
minimum 30 and maximum 80 persons

The Stable, a beautifully converted horse stable can also be reserved for receptions for up to 200 people.

Our extensive menu changes every three months. Groups of up to 12 persons may order a la carte from our menu, for both lunch and dinner. For groups larger than 12, we would be happy to discuss and arrange a menu to suite your special needs.

The opening hours of our restaurant are daily from 11.00 a.m. (Sundays from 10.00 a.m.). The kitchen is open from 12.00 p.m. - 9.30 p.m.

We would suggest calling for reservations to avoid any disappointment.
